Studio and Cottage units:                 $99 - $170 (1-2 persons)

One-bedroom family units:                  $120 - $200 (1-2 persons)
Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $25.00. Extra children $25.00. The room caters for a maximum of 4 adults, and a maximum of 3 children but cannot exceed 4 guests in total.

Cancellation Policy

To confirm any booking either a valid credit card number and expiry date are required or a deposit of one night’s accommodation.

Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the arrival date. All bookings not cancelled by this time will have the first night’s accommodation debited to the credit card account or the deposit retained by Ash Grove Motel. If a cancellation is made on the day of check-in, we will charge the full amount of the booking unless we are able to re-let the booked accommodation.

Christmas & New Year - we require a deposit of 50% on all bookings made for the period 22nd December to 6th January - cancellations for this period made 30 days or less prior to the arrival date will not result in a refund unless we are able to re-let the booked accommodation.

Environmental Policy

We at the Ash Grove work hard to support this beautiful region by undertaking a number of actions. These include installing water-saving devices in bathrooms, using organic products, recycling everything we can, composting organic waste, using low energy lighting and motion sensors, using organic cleaning products and donating unwanted items to a local charity. We work to help retain this beautiful area by doing the above, and most of our guests support our efforts.

No Smoking Policy

All of our units are stricly non-smoking. However, at the rear of each unit there are tables and chairs with an ashtray provided. Please use this area if you wish to smoke.

Smelly Food Policy

The cooking of shellfish and other strong smelling foods is not permitted in our motel units, in order to avoid residual, lingering food odours that may be offensive to subsequent guests. There is a barbeque available for you to use. Thank you for your understanding.

If we find that guests have been smoking or cooking strong smelling foods inside the unit, this may incur an additional charge, particularly if the unit is unusable for several days.
